COVID-19 Update From the Antonini & Cohen Team

OUR OFFICE IS NOW OPEN, WITH A FEW NEW RULES!

After months of virtual meetings, Antonini & Cohen is happy to announce the reopening of our offices for in-person client appointments beginning June 15. We look forward to welcoming clients back and meeting each individual’s unique immigration needs.

To do our part in stopping the spread of coronavirus, we have adopted the following CDC guidelines for the safety of both our clients and staff.

Special Message from the Partners at Antonini & Cohen Immigration Law Group

We know that many of you are worried about supporting your families but still need immigration assistance in this challenging time. We understand and want to help. Effective immediately, Antonini & Cohen Attorneys are reducing their consultation fees. Also, if you decide to hire us, your entire consultation fee will be applied towards legal fees.

If you need immigration assistance, we’re open, flexible, and ready to help. Please call us to schedule a consultation.

To all Antonini & Cohen clients and friends:

As most U.S. businesses are, we’re closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and government recommendations for avoiding larger group settings (social distancing). The health and safety of our clients and our office are our primary concerns, so we’re making some changes in the way we conduct business.

We’re still here for you!

Our team is still operating from the Antonini & Cohen office, working hard to support each client’s unique immigration law needs. We’re also trying to follow the current government guidance for social distancing. To protect you and our team, we’re using phone calls, Skype, or Zoom video conferencing for client and prospective client meetings. This is a temporary measure. We’ll be monitoring updates from the CDC, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, and the Georgia Department of Public Health, and making adjustments as the main threat of COVID-19 subsides.

Additionally, we are monitoring the U.S. immigration courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We have learned that, in an effort to eliminate contact with the public and the spread of the virus, USCIS has suspended interviews and biometrics appointments through April 1. Read the official notice here.

Rest assured that we are closely observing all of these developments and will provide clients with updates as schedules change. Our goal is to keep our clients and team safe while continuing to provide unparalleled excellent service to our clients. Please feel free to contact any of the Antonini & Cohen team members if you have any questions.

Best Regards,

Carolina, Marshall, Nisha, and the Antonini & Cohen team
