Kaitlin is an Associate Attorney at Antonini & Cohen, where she focuses on employment-based immigration matters. She has dedicated her career to advocating for immigrants, having represented survivors of domestic violence in the Jane W. Wilson Family Justice Clinic and supported individuals seeking naturalization and humanitarian relief through the Community Health Law Partnership. Passionate about service, Kaitlin is committed to helping clients navigate the immigration process with empathy and care.

Kaitlin Hocker is an Associate Attorney at Antonini & Cohen practicing employment-based immigration. Her passion for immigration law began during her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, where she explored the immigrant experience in America through Spanish language and literature. She graduated summa cum laude in 2020 with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Spanish.
Kaitlin received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2023. During law school, she joined the Jane W. Wilson Family Justice Clinic as a zealous advocate for survivors of domestic violence. Kaitlin also served as a student advocate for the Community Health Law Partnership (HeLP) Clinic at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she worked on immigration matters ranging from naturalization to U visas. In recognition of her academic excellence, she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Immigration Law in 2022.
Kaitlin also served on the editorial board and as an executive editor for the University of Georgia School of Law’s Journal of Intellectual Property. Her published note, Dropping the Mic on Indie Artists: How Trademark Law Fails to Protect Independent Artists Against Music Industry Giants (30. J. Intell. Prop. L. May 2023), highlights her interest in the intersection of law and creative industries.
Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys traveling, long-distance running, and going to the theater.
