Carlos Jimenez was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, where he currently resides. He holds an associate degree in Accounting and Finance (2012) and has over five years of experience in the field. In addition to his accounting background, Carlos has developed valuable skills in the BPO industry, progressing into management roles within the learning and development department. Carlos' considers his background in customer service a strong asset when engaging with legal clients, as it enhances his communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Outside of work, Carlos is a creative individual who values connecting with others and meeting new people. Advocacy for social causes is a core part of who he is, and he is currently learning German as part of his commitment to continuous his personal and professional growth.
