Georgina Martinez is originally from Mexico City. For the last sixteen years, she has been working closely with the immigrant community in the state. Her passion for immigrant rights began as a teenager seeking a path to legal status in the US.
Georgina served as a volunteer and later as the People’s Defense Project Director at the Georgia Latino Alliance for Human Rights (GLAHR), one of the largest grassroots immigrant organizations in the state, where she found her political home. She dedicated over a decade to the organization. In 2018, Georgina also served as Co-Field Director for the Gente4Abrams Campaign.
Outside of her work with Antonini & Cohen, Georgina enjoys weightlifting, attending Atlanta United games, hiking, and traveling.
