After months of virtual meetings, Antonini & Cohen is happy to announce the reopening of our offices for in-person client appointments beginning June 15. We look forward to welcoming clients back and meeting each individual’s unique immigration needs.
To do our part in stopping the spread of coronavirus, we have adopted the following CDC guidelines for the safety of both our clients and staff.
When coming to our offices, we ask that each client help us by following these procedures:
Bring yourself and only one companion, if necessary.
Wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will be happy to provide one.
Clean your hands before you enter our offices with the sanitizer provided at the elevator exit.
If you or your companion have any COVID-19 symptoms (including a fever over 100 degrees), have tested positive for COVID-19, or been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please inform us. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
Be understanding when we do not shake your hand or sit too close to you. We are following six-foot social distancing recommendations.
All of our team members will be wearing masks and we will be sanitizing meeting rooms after each client appointment. We will also post tape on the floor designating a safe social distance for standing.
