Knowing how your immigration law firm communicates with you is an important way to protect yourself from scams and fraudulent messages. Unfortunately, scammers may impersonate attorneys, law firms, or their employees to gain someone’s trust, request money, or obtain personal information.
At Antonini & Cohen Immigration Law Group, we want our clients to know what to expect when communicating with our team and how to verify that a message is really coming from us. If you ever receive a message claiming to be from Antonini & Cohen and are unsure whether it is legitimate, call our office directly at (470) 428-3200 before responding, sending money, or sharing personal information.

Messaging and Social Media
Antonini & Cohen communicates with our clients through phone, text message, or email. We do not communicate with clients through WhatsApp. If someone contacts you through WhatsApp claiming to be an Antonini & Cohen attorney or employee, do not provide them with personal information or send payment.
We also do not initiate communication with clients through social media direct messages. While Antonini & Cohen maintains official social media accounts to share immigration information and firm updates, our team will not use those accounts to privately contact you about your case.
When you receive an email from our team, check the sender carefully. Official Antonini & Cohen email addresses end in @antoniniandcohen.com. If the email address does not match, do not reply or click on any links. Instead, contact our firm at 470-428-3200 to verify that the email came from our office.
