🌍 New Family Reunification Parole Processes Provide Lawful Pathway for Family Unity 🤝
The U.S. continues to prioritize family unity and safety by creating fresh FRP pathways for El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Colombia. Additionally, it is in the process of updating existing family reunification parole procedures for Cuba and Haiti.
These processes will enable carefully vetted individuals with approved family-based petitions (Form I-130) to be paroled into the United States on a case-by-case basis.
🔒 Ensuring Safe and Orderly Migration:
The implementation of the FRP processes is part of a comprehensive strategy revealed in April by DHS and the Department of State, aiming to manage regional migration in a safe, orderly, and humane manner. These measures help alleviate the risks associated with dangerous journeys or irregular migration routes.
